The concept of ‘FlowMasters’ unifies two critical domains: intrarenal pressure and irrigation flow in endourological stone surgery, and urinary flow restoration in BPH surgery. 1. 1. Apply evidence-based decision-making to select the most appropriate surgical approach for urinary stone disease and benign prostatic hyperplasia based on patient characteristics, anatomy, stone burden, and procedural goals.
2. 2. Integrate principles of intrarenal pressure, irrigation, and flow dynamics to optimize safety and reduce infectious and thermal complications during endourologic surgery.
3. 3. Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies in stone and BPH surgery, including suction-assisted systems, advanced laser platforms, pressure-monitoring tools, minimally invasive BPH procedures, and semilive procedural strategies.
4. 4. Develop individualized treatment strategies for challenging clinical scenarios, including infection stones, solitary kidneys, anticoagulated patients, obesity, recurrent stone disease, and pediatric populations.
5. 5. Implement evidence-based metabolic evaluation and recurrence prevention strategies to improve long-term outcomes for patients with nephrolithiasis.
6. 6. Interpret current evidence and real-world outcomes data to improve patient counseling, procedural selection, and postoperative outcomes in endourology and BPH surgery.
