Objective(s): 1 Discuss the benefits of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the hospital workplace, including the positive impact on patient care, staff morale and overall organizational culture. 2 Explore the unique contributions of LGBTQ+ Caregivers in providing culturaly comptent care for LGBTQ+ patients, as well as addressing disparities in healthcare access and outcomes with in the LGBTQ+ community. 3 Acknowledge the importance of ongoing education and training for healthcare providers on LGBTQ+ health issuers, including best practices for creating a welcoming and inclusive healthcare environment for all patients, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
