Objective(s): 1 Apply the principles of quality and safety. 2 Identify potential short-term and long-term improvements in patient care by revealing areas for improvement in the provision of health care of one or multiple clinicians. 2 List opportunities for organizational improvements and optimal patient outcomes. 4 Discuss and review confidential and non-punitive assessments of care at the individual clinician level. 5 Demonstrate participation in a responsive environment where the clinician and clinical leadership can work together to address any opportunities for practice improvement and strong organizational performance.
