Objectives
After this course, participants will be able to:

  1. 1. Increase the capacity of physician, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to identify, treat, and care for people with HIV.
  2. 2. Discuss innovative biomedical, behavioral, and systems approaches to end the HIV epidemic
  3. 3. Review barriers that minorities face in obtaining HIV care along the care continuum and identify successful approaches to improve their engagement with healthcare providers.
  4. 4. Describe factors contributing to accelerated aging in HIV and identify strategies to manage common age-related comorbidities.
