Objective(s): 1 Implement an interdisciplinary plan of care for the individual with spinal cord injury or disorders, with consideration of their medical, functional, psychological, and social condition. 2 Co-create with the patient a life long plan of care to address the challenges associated with aging with a spinal cord injury or disorder. 3 Identify and apply the principles of quality and safety.
